Yale Center for X-Linked Hypophosphatemia

 

MISSION STATEMENT

The Yale Center for X-linked Hypophosphatemia is dedicated to improving the health and alleviating the suffering of patients with disorders of phosphate metabolism, especially X-linked hypophosphatemic rickets.  The Center supports research specifically focused on developing new and more effective treatments for these diseases.  We are also committed to partnering with the pharmaceutical industry to develop and test novel therapies.  Finally, through its educational programs, the Center seeks to inform health professionals and the public at large about diagnosing and correctly managing these diseases.
